Punishment of the crime

1. On July 11, 2013, around 04:28, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim’s D crepans by having one cash 10,000 won, which is the victim’s possession of the victim, attached on the table, one copy of the new bank body ck card, and one copy of the resident registration certificate, and one wall equivalent to KRW 700,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

2. On August 3, 2013, around 03:53, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim G, an employee of the F convenience store located in the Busan East-gu, Busan, to exchange the watermark in cash; (b) thereby, the victim directly borrowed cash of KRW 400,000,000,000,000 in cash from the victim to escape.

3. Around 00:50 on July 31, 2013, the Defendant purchased tobacco at the IS store located in Busan FY, and did not bring about lock to the victim J, a part-time worker, while purchasing tobacco at the IS store located in Busan FY, the Defendant made a false statement that he/she would give tobacco value to the Plaintiff’s staff after diving with his/her president.
In fact, however, there was no intention or ability to pay the tobacco value due to the lack of cash or card, not between the president of the convenience store and the child.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 12 cigarettes of tobacco equivalent to the market price of 325,000 won from the victim in the same place.
4. On August 24, 2013, around 01:09, the Defendant purchased tobacco at the L convenience store located in the Busan Metropolitan Government K, and made a false statement to the effect that, while changing the check in cash, the Defendant would promptly bring about 100,000 won check to the victim M who is a part-time son.
However, in fact, since there was no 100,000 won check in the vehicle, there was no intention and ability to pay the tobacco value.
As above, the defendant deceivings the victim, and is up to KRW 100,000 in cash from the victim's position.
