Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months and by a fine of 3,00,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2013, 2013, the fraud Defendant introduced the victim C by introducing the victim C, and attempted to receive money by deceiving the victim E(C) and the victim F(C) as if he/she were to engage in marriage, with the introduction of the victim C, who works for the defense industry that he/she is in Gyeonggi-do, and acted as if he/she were to marry.

A. On October 13, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C: (a) made the victim’s contribution to the company’s public funds in the residence of the victim located in the Geumcheon-gu Busan Metropolitan Government G.

The company directly purchases the machinery parts of the subordinate company that is supplied by the company to D with help and supplied to D and supplies them to D.

1,380,000 won is needed to purchase large machinery.

On October 28, 2016, when receiving the first payment from D on October 28, 2016, he/she will pay the money borrowed from D.

A false statement was made to lend KRW 13.8 million.

However, the defendant did not have worked in D, and did not supply machinery parts to D, and he thought that he received money from the injured party and used it as gambling funds, and even if he borrowed money from the injured party due to no special property or occupation, he did not have any intention or ability to repay it.

As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) received KRW 13.8 million from the victim on October 13, 2016 to his corporate bank account; and (c) received a total of KRW 21.8 million from the victim on February 7, 2017, including the transfer of KRW 13.8 million from the victim’s bank account; and (d) received the delivery of KRW 21.8 million in total on three occasions, as shown in attached Table 1

B. On December 15, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim E, provided that the Defendant provided the victim with H apartment houses from the company by promoting the victim from the head to the head of the headquarters in the residence of the victim located in Geumcheon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

Marriage C and marriage are expected to be able to grow up with the establishment of a new marriage.

The money should be paid up to KRW 40 million and the money should be loaned. On February 24, 2017, the money will be paid at that time.
