1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Basic Facts

The plaintiff, around February 2008, is appointed as a pastor of the Diplomatic Association, a branch church to which the defendant belongs (hereinafter referred to as the "Diplomatic Association"), and the same year.

D Teaching Association was originally stipulated as located in “Yanan City E” under its articles of association, which is its bylaws, but the Plaintiff held a joint council on December 7, 2008 and took a vote on the agenda to transfer its location to “F in Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoan City.”

(B) The Plaintiff et al. transferred the church to “F church” and the remainder of the D church as it is to “E church” (hereinafter “E church”). The above joint council attended by 26 persons from among 47 persons without any defects. Of them, 24 persons who agree to the agenda on the disposal of the D church’s land and building and 23 persons who agree to the agenda on the transfer of the church by leasing the building on the D church’s land and building on the F.

After the resolution of the above joint council, many members including G request the plaintiff to convene a joint council again with opposing the transfer of the church, but the plaintiff did not accept it.

On December 28, 2008, G et al. submitted a written petition to the Defendant for the cancellation of the instant contract to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant petition”).

The main contents are as follows:
