A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Punishment of the crime

However, the fact is that at the time, the sales of the PP agency operated by the defendant was reduced to 70 to 80%, and there was no ability or intention to repay the sales of the PPPPP, even if the sales of the PPPP, and the sales of the goods to KCC, the customer, was 40 million won or more.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 2 million won as the borrowed money from the victim.

3. On November 14, 201, the Defendant made a false statement with the victim stating, “The Defendant shall sell gold collection and become a director at the bar, without selling it, that KRW 25 million is insufficient. If a house is sold and received the purchase price, he/she will repay the money with the purchase price.”

However, in fact, at the time of selling apartment units owned by the Defendant, the sales of the PP agency was reduced to 70 to 80%, and there was a debt of 400 million won for the sales of the goods to KCC, which is the business partner, and even if the apartment units owned by the Defendant were sold, the sales of the goods.
