Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from January 1, 2010, has been engaged in the management of village revenue and expenditure as the head of the village of the Si, Si, Gun from around 1, 2010.

Around January 1, 2011, the Defendant stated KRW 1,903,430 as KRW 2,113,430 in the account book while keeping KRW 2,100,00 in the above C Village Center for business purposes, and embezzled KRW 1,218,720 over 11 times, as shown in the separate crime list, until January 30, 2013, as shown in the separate crime list.
