Basic Facts

The policyholder and the insured: The insurance period of the deceased’s death beneficiary: From February 23, 2012 to February 23, 2063: the amount of insurance coverage: 80,000,000 won (special terms and conditions of insurance for injury while driving a two-wheeled automobile) (hereinafter “the deceased”) entered into the F Contract with the Defendant on February 23, 2012 as follows (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

1. (Conclusion and Validity of Contracts) This Special Terms and Conditions will be made in addition to the contractor's subscription and the company's consent when concluding an insurance contract (referring to the General Terms and Conditions, and if the Special Terms and Conditions are added, including the Special Terms and Conditions; hereinafter referred to as "insurance Contract").

This Special Terms and Conditions shall be additionally executed only when the insured (person insured) owns, uses (limited to the case of periodically driving a two-wheeled automobile due to occupation, duties or club activities, etc., except for one-time use) and manages two-wheeled automobile.

2. (Grounds for Not Payment of Insurance Money) A company shall, notwithstanding the terms of an insurance contract, injury (including boarding) the insured (persons insured) listed in the insurance policy (certificate of insurance) while driving a two-wheeled automobile (including boarding) during the insurance period, during the accident (hereinafter referred to as “accident”).

(ii)such body parts (excluding physical assistive equipment as artificial organs, artificial organs or parts, dyphos et al., but including where they are transplanted and replaced by their functions;

No insurance money shall be paid when any cause for the payment of insurance money prescribed in the insurance contract occurs directly due to its direct cause: Provided, That the insured (person insured) periodically drive (including boarding) two-wheeled motor vehicles, such as occupation, duties, or activities of the club.

If the company fails to prove the fact, it shall pay the insurance money.
