Punishment of the crime

On December 3, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on December 3, 2009 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on April 9, 2010, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On April 8, 2013, around April 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased 300,000 won from D’s SM7 car parked in front of the Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) purchased approximately 0.3g of psychotropic drugs contained in D’s disposable injection machine, a psychotropic drug in D’s one-time injection machine (hereinafter “one-time penphone”); and (c) purchased 0.3g of psychotropic drugs.

2. On April 17, 2013, the Defendant, who was stopped at the EL apartment parking lot located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City on April 17, 2013, received, without compensation, approximately 0.2g of philopon contained in the above D in a single-use injection machine, and around that time, administered the dilution by inserting it into a single-use injection machine containing philopon in the said new-use car, and administering it in a way of dilution with the dilution.

3. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant, on the first half of the year 2014, administered a scopon in a single-use injection instrument containing approximately 0.1g of philophones from the Defendant’s home, Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, in the first half of the year 2014, and administered it in a dilution manner, and then administering it into the scopon transfusion.
