A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2010, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on the part of July 5, 2010. On March 25, 2014, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime from the Changwon District Court Msan Branch Branch on the part of the same offense. On January 11, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for imprisonment for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Changwon District Court on the part of the Changwon District Court on the part of the defendant, and appealed

On April 1, 2017, at around 16:40, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle on the B's Haak-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, 654-3, with no driver's license from the front side of the Gugsan-si office to the 155-day road at the same 4km-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si.

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
