B The defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won, and the defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
D is the representative of "E" for the purpose of business of receiving long-term care benefits from the victims of the National Health Insurance Corporation, and Defendant B is a nurse, and Defendant F and Defendant A were registered as a caregiver, as a caregiver, after employing a caregiver based on the Act on Long-Term Care for the Aged and providing the beneficiary with visiting care, visiting bathing, and visiting nursing service, and then entering into a home care system based on the "record on the provision of long-term care benefits" prepared by visiting nurses and caregivers (hereinafter referred to as "record on the provision of benefits").
In collusion with each D, the Defendants: (a) as if they were to provide the beneficiary with the service even though they did not provide the visiting care, visiting bath, and visiting nursing service; (b) as if they were to provide the service differently from the fact of providing the service, (c) as if they were hospitalized, having provided the service even during their departure from Korea, or (d) if they were to provide the beneficiary with visiting bathing service, the Defendants are entitled to claim medical care benefits only if they were registered two caregivers for the safety of the beneficiary, and (b) if they were to provide the beneficiary with visiting bathing service, the Defendants were willing to make a false claim for long-term care benefits by claiming that two caregivers were provided, and the Defendants conspired to make a false claim for long-term care benefits on the basis of this.
1. On August 2, 2014, Defendant B conspired with Defendant D, the Defendant, in the office located in Daegu Suwon-gu G, prepared a false record book of benefit provision as if he provided the recipient H, despite having failed to provide the recipient H with visiting nursing service. D connects the home care system using computers on the basis of the false record of benefit provision and connects H with the home care system.
