Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and the Plaintiff shall withdraw his claim that he lent KRW 14,00,000 in cash on the date of the second pleading and reduces KRW 74,000,000 to KRW 60,000.”
