Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bsch Rexton car.

On July 14, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 21:40, and proceeded to turn to the left the intersection of the private distance in front of the Chungcheong-gun C, Chungcheong-gun at the front of the Cheongju-ri, by making a left turn from the front of the Cheong-ri.

In such cases, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by making a left turn according to the left turn signal to the driver of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was driven by the victim D (year 43) who entered the said intersection in accordance with the straight signal at the opposite lane by negligence when he or she neglected to enter the right-hand turn without entering the right-hand turn signal, and was driven by the victim D (year 43) who entered the said intersection.

As a result, the Defendant caused the victim to die by the occupational negligence above, and caused the victim to die with a chest chroner while being receiving treatment at a hospital located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu, 776, Seowon-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.
