On October 2016, the Defendant drafted a written complaint against D in the ward of the 14th Dong-dong, Daejeon Daejeon Daejeon District Court, and the written complaint contains the purport that “D, although the Defendant did not commit an indecent act against D from October 9, 2016 to October 11, 2016, D made a false report as if the Defendant committed an indecent act against D, D shall be punished.”
