A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 12, 2008, the Defendant is driving under the influence of alcohol at approximately 0.092% of alcohol level from approximately 700 meters to the front of the earth station located in the same Dong from the area near the Goyang-gu Hayang-dong Hayangdong to the Goyang-dong Hayang-dong in the same Dong on September 12, 2008, and around 03:30 on October 9, 2008, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice, by driving under the influence of alcohol level from about 500 meters to about 39 percent of alcohol level.

On April 25, 2014, at around 02:09, the Defendant driven C rocketing car with the alcohol content of 0.110% from the 15km section from the 171st road of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu to the 171st road of Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, to the road of approximately 23,101 Dong 1602.

2. On April 25, 2014, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving of Crocketing and other automobiles, driven the said automobiles under the influence of alcohol as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) and proceeded with the three-lane roads in front of the 62-lane 1, Songpa-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City New Franc City, at a speed that would not be known by three-lanes from the direction of the transmission intersection to the direction of the charcoal.

At the time, it was difficult to view at night, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by reducing speed to those engaged in driving service and properly operating steering equipment and brakes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected so and neglected to neglect so, caused the victim D (year 51) who walked on the road in front of the direction of the course and the body part to go beyond the ground and escaped as they were, by taking the front right part of the said car.

Ultimately, the Defendant is obliged to perform the above duties.
