Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning, the lower court’s judgment that found the Defendant guilty on the facts charged of this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable to reverse the judgment of the first instance court and to acquitted the Defendant.
