1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person who was the president of the G church located in the Republic of Korea, Japan, Japan (hereinafter “G church”) and Defendant B is the president of the Defendant C church (hereinafter “Defendant church”).

B. 1) On January 26, 2014, H, an incorporated foundation, purchased the Dogwon building at USD 100,000,000 from the G principal association on January 26, 2014. Defendant D, E, and F were in charge of negotiations on the purchase of the said Dogwon building for H, an incorporated foundation. 2) Defendant D, E, and F paid 85,000 US dollars as the purchase price for the real estate by Eck method through the J law office.

On April 30, 2014, H, an incorporated foundation, written a written agreement on the acquisition of all the property and the right to operate the G church in USD 930,00,000 (Evidence A; hereinafter “instant agreement”) to agree to pay the Plaintiff USD 80,000 with consolation money.

Defendant D, E, and F were in charge of negotiations on the acquisition of Gents Association for H as an incorporated foundation.

2) Accordingly, H paid USD 10,000 on May 12, 2014, USD 100,000, USD 1100,000 on June 11, 2014, USD 150,000 on September 30, 2014, USD 150,000 on October 15, 2014, USD 910,000 on October 5, 2014, and KRW 10,000 on October 30, 2014.

2. The gist of the cause of the claim was that H, the original foundation, upon accepting the G principal meeting, agreed to pay the retirement allowance and the amount of pay (hereinafter “retirement allowance, etc.”) to the retired Plaintiff.
