Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The injured party E is a company that mainly engages in the sale of clothes, and Defendant A served as an employee at the “G store” in the operation of the injured party company located in Busan Shipping Daegu, from July 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017.
When the Defendants receive cash payments from customers who purchased clothing while working in the above store, they first put them into the safe, enter the price into the victim company’s sales computer system as if the credit card was settled, and then make up the said cash again from the treasury.
In other words, I tried to steal it by means of deception.
1. On January 2, 2017, Defendant A entered KRW 242,90,00, a cash owned by the victim company, which was kept in the safe by receiving payment from the unclaimed customer who purchased the clothing goods by taking advantage of the gaps in the supervision of other employees, in the above “G” store, and then, entered the said cash into the victim company’s sales computer system as if the credit card was settled by credit card payment.
From around that time to April 15, 2017, totaling KRW 14,725,600 from the Treasury by the same method 98 times in total, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1.
In other words, they stolen them.
2. On January 15, 2017, Defendant B entered KRW 83,300, which is the cash owned by the victim company that was kept in the safe by receiving payment from the unclaimed customer who purchased the clothing goods by taking advantage of the gaps in the supervision of other employees, into the above cash at the above store, and subsequently, entered the said cash into the victim company’s sales computer system as if the credit card was settled by credit card payment.
From around that time to March 31, 2017, the sum of 6.5 times in the same way as the attached list of crimes (2) in the same manner as the previous list of crimes.
