A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network and Protection, etc. of Information and Communications Network (violation, etc. of Information and Communications Network) shall intrude into an information and communications network without legitimate authority

The name-free persons: (a) developed and run the program “surves” (hereinafter “surves program”) to see the other party’s computer screen in the nationwide PC room through a piracy, including C; (b) installed the program at around 450 nationwide PC room through a competitor of an enterprise maintaining and managing the PC through D; and (c) granted the nationwide “surbs” operator the right to use an interview program with daily allowances; and (d) in the event a large number of unspecified users of the PC room, such as E and F, intruded the information and communications network used by the above PC users through the above interview program, and exchanged the screen in order to acquire the game machine through other computers; and (e) the Defendant opened the so-called “surbs” program and opened the PC program in order by being provided with the above PC program from January 2014 to a large number of unspecified users through the information and communications network in order.

A. From January 9, 2014 to November 2, 2014, the Defendant established the “store” at the first floor office, etc. of the Hapo-si from January 9, 2014 to November 2, 2014, along with I, J, K, and other players at the first floor office, etc., and installed 20 computers. After installing 20 computers, the Defendant intruded into an information and communications network used by an unspecified large number of PC users through G and name Buddhist boxes, and stolen the computer screen and carried out games, such as an online game.
