Joint crime committed by the Defendants: around 08:50 on September 7, 2015, the Defendants: (a) accessed the web PC room in the vicinity of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and entered settlement information without authority by using a stolen BS mobile phone as referred to in paragraph (1); (b) purchased game items amounting to KRW 53,900 from the web gender of the victim (ju), and (c) from around nine times to around 09:12 on the same day, the Defendants purchased game items amounting to KRW 491,70,000 in total from the victims, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form 1.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to enter information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority, thereby obtaining a total of 491,700 won in property benefits.
