1. The Plaintiff, Defendant C, and D jointly and severally, KRW 40,000,00, and the period therefor shall be from December 5, 2014 to February 9, 2015.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. At the time of November 30, 2012, Defendant B agreed to the effect that, among the instant buildings, the term of 101 and 102 units of the lease deposit KRW 50 million, monthly rent of KRW 2.5 million, and the term of 2.5 million from December 5, 2012 to December 4, 2014 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). As of the time of the instant lease agreement with F and G, the lessee agreed to the effect that “the instant lease agreement is valid for five years if it did not violate the contractual terms.”

B. On November 30, 2012, the Plaintiff, from Defendant B, agreed from Defendant B, that the instant building No. 101 was leased KRW 40 million, monthly rent of KRW 2.4 million, and the period from December 5, 2012 to December 4, 2014 (hereinafter “the instant sub-lease contract”).
