A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete 80 hours of sexual assault treatment program.

Punishment of the crime

The victim D lived together with the defendant's friendship and her natives, from 2009 when the first year of elementary school was in the middle school, the defendant was living together with the defendant, and from 2011 when the third year of elementary school was in the middle school, contact with her natives was interrupted.
