A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From October 2013 to December 15, 2013, the Defendant is a person who was employed as an employee in Fulna events operated by E located in Busan coastal Organization D and G located in G located in Busan coastal Organization.
(A) On March 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) submitted a statement that “E goes off the clothes of the Defendant at the head office of the travel company office in Busan, and takes actions such as using and rhumbing the Defendant at the head office in the head office of the Busan, and made it possible for the Defendant to write down a written contract and a paper to cut down his body weight by threatening the Defendant to take advantage of his body weight; and (b) by making the business trip use the same room; and (c) by force, he made sexual assault in the office of the Defendant to put the Defendant’s clothes in the office of the head office of the Dong-to-saw support center in Busan, on March 6, 2014; and (d) written statement that “E was forced to put the Defendant’s clothes in the office of the head office of the Dong-to-Sto-Sto-Sto-Sto-Sto-Sto-Sto-Sto-Sto-Sto-Sto-Sto-Sto-Sto-Sto-s.”
At around 15:00 on March 11, 2014, the Defendant made a statement to the Busan East Police Station and the watchkeeping I again repeated the above damage statement at the Busan East Police Station and the office of watchkeeping, and on March 14, 2014, the Defendant made a concrete statement to the assistant I as shown in the attached Table 2 through 19 at the Busan East Police Station and the office of local criminal teams.
However, in fact, the Defendant had suffered damages such as the entry in the list of crimes in the attached Form, such as: (a) the Defendant started and developed from the above work as the relationship between E and E; (b) the travel to China along with his travel to China; and (c) there was no threat from E.
