A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2017, at around 00:52, the Defendant got off the victim near the G restaurant in front of the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and followed the victim. On the same day, around 01:02, the victim came to the 1st floor office of the H building in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and went into the said office by breaking the cresh of the string the string of the string of the 2nd floor in the toilet, and then, the victim went into the said office.
