Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:20 on March 11, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.147%, driven a knife car at approximately KRW 1km in the front road of a father high school located in the Jacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do.
