Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving the EMW X5 vehicles owned by D in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury).

On November 03, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.116% during blood transfusion around 08:03 on November 03, 2017, and the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.116% during four-lanes between the two-lanes between the two-lanes between the two-lanes between the two-lanes and the two-lanes between the two-lanes.

The Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act, driven the said BM X5 car while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.116% alcohol concentration in blood at the same time and at the same place from an influent place of Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as Incheon Metropolitan City) to the same time and place as those described in paragraph 1.
