Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2015, from around 03:00 to 04:00 of the same day, the Defendant, together with B and C, used 48 luculations in the Defendant’s residence located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, and used 48 luculations to pay 100 won to the longer person and 100 won each time when adding 1 points.
