[Criminal Power] On November 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months of imprisonment for the purpose of obstruction of performance of official duties by the Daegu District Court, which became final and conclusive on December 7, 2012, and is currently under suspended sentence.

Around 04:20 on January 24, 2014, the Defendant insultd the victim at the instant singing shop by openly citing that, on the grounds that the victim G, a police officer belonging to the F District Unit of the Lldong Police Station, sent out after having received a report that a drunk person frights, she met, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim on the position where the victim D and his employees are located, who is the owner of the said singing shop, for the said victim, who is the owner of the said singing shop, and the said victim: (a) is provided with a duty of during the period where he only she is in the police station, whether he is in the police station, or not he is in the opening; and (b) one time until the opening ends.

The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by a police officer, on the date, time, and place described in the preceding paragraph, and on the ground that, at the time, at the place where the performance of official duties was recorded in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant exceeded, and took a bath to encourage the slope H belonging to the F District Unit of the Kuldong Police Station to return to his house on the ground of the reasons stated in the preceding paragraph, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to the reporting and withdrawal of a police officer, by putting down his left arms of the said H on several occasions, and committing assault on one occasion on the left part with his hand.
