Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Although the defendant was promised by the victim to suspend the construction of the 4th floor building constructed in C at the time of the racing of the victim B, the victim continued the construction without performing it.

On October 4, 2013, from around 17:00 to October 30, 2013, the Defendant parked the freight truck, D truck, E truck, and F Truck before the construction site, and made it difficult for the Defendant to transport materials or access human resources.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the building of the victim by force.
