Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to one year from September 3, 2015 to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Fraudulent Act and the Resident Registration Act at the Suwon Gan prison on September 5, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence.

【Unlawful use of another person’s resident registration number】

Nevertheless, around November 23, 2016, the Defendant unlawfully used the E resident registration number by informing the hospital employees of the “D Hospital” located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul, of the personal information of E (F) as if he/she was aware of the fact that he/she had been in common knowledge.
