A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was married with C, who is the father of the victim B (the 15-year-old) and was living together with the victim from July to August 2012 to from his residence in the Si-Gu of Busan.

1. The Defendant committed physical abuse on the ground that he/she committed a false statement in his/her residence from around February 28, 2015 to around February 28, 2018, and on the ground that he/she did not study and make a false statement, and thus, he/she committed physical abuse that may inflict bodily harm on the victim, who is a child, or may inflict physical health and development on the victim, by committing at least eight times in total.
