A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered into a contract with a cargo vehicle company of the head of the Dong, which is located in 10,308, Man-ro, Man-ri, Man-ri, Man-ri, Man-ri, Man-ri, Man-ri, Man-ri, Man-ri, B, U.S. and 7.5 tons truck, which is owned by the said company, to operate the vehicle; and (b) operated the vehicle,

Since February 4, 2016, the Defendant acquired the procedure for the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of the termination of the above consignment management contract on December 9, 2015,” as the Defendant became the owner of the above vehicle on April 26, 2016 due to the transfer of the ownership by the judgment, and the number of the above vehicle was changed to C, and thus, the Defendant did not have the right to use the above “B” vehicle registration number plate.

Nevertheless, the Defendant continued to use the above vehicle to perform transportation work, and continued to attach B-registration number plates to the above vehicle without authority from June 17, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant used the marks of public offices for the purpose of exercising them.

2. On April 26, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the public sign for illegal use, exercised the air defense that was illegally used by driving the above truck vehicle with B’s registration number plate, without authority, from around April 26, 2016 to June 17, 2016, and at the same time, unlawfully used the car registration number plate.
