1. Basic facts

The real estate seller's purchase price of the sequence 1 785 square meters in C, E, F, Defendant G, H, H, I 21,319,00 square meters in J 28 square meters in C, 28 square meters in C, 328 square meters in C, 38 square meters in C, 226,610 square meters in 943 square meters in M, 226,610,000 in 6 Ma, L, L, N, N 1-dong reinforced concrete structure, one-story reinforced concrete structure of 76.5 square meters in 7 p.5 square meters in 7 p.5 square meters in C, L, N2 dong reinforced concrete structure, 207 square meters in H, 207 square meters in 28 square meters in 38 square meters in forests and fields, and 1,270 square meters in 148 square meters in 208 square meters in 270 square meters in total,70 square meters in 270 square meters in 3070 square meters in 370.
B. On July 11, 2011, the Plaintiff drafted a sales contract with the content that each of the real estate listed below was purchased in total at KRW 600,000,000 from the sellers indicated below (hereinafter “instant secondary sales contract”) with the Defendant’s introduction.

The real estate seller’s purchase price of the sequence 1 Yangsan-si 785 square meters of C, E, F, Defendant G, H, H, I 250,00,000 square meters of forest J 28 square meters of forests and fields 28 square meters in Yangsan-si 3, 320,000 square meters of 943 square meters in 20,000 square meters in M, L, L, N No. 1 East reinforced concrete structure, 1 East reinforced concrete structure, 7 p.5 square meters in 7 p.5 square meters in 7 p.5 square meters in 7 Yangsan-si, L, N2 Dong reinforced concrete structure, 2, 250,00 square meters in forests and fields, 38 square meters in forests and fields, 38 square meters in 4 square meters in 20,000 square meters in forests and fields in 30,000 square meters in 148 square meters in forests and fields, 3000 square meters in total
C. On April 4, 2011, the Plaintiff paid KRW 172,00,000 to the Defendant, and KRW 1,548,000,000 each around June 201.
