Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, who makes a so-called “graditi” covering a frame with a stud or macarpent in a building outer wall, etc., was able to write a shot or a macarpent, without any easy way to erase it on the outside wall of the building, etc., or put a boiler that is not easily removed on the outside wall of the building.

Accordingly, around July 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) destroyed another’s property on a total of 56 occasions as indicated in [Attachment Table I] Nos. 1-28,30-52,59-60,62,72, and 76; (b) destroyed another’s property on a total of 18 occasions as indicated in [Attachment Table I] Nos. 29,53-58,61,6370-73,75, and 75 of [Attachment] list Nos. 1-29,53-58,670-73, and 75 of [Attachment] list Nos. 1-271, 74, and 75 of [Attachment] list of crimes; (c) destroyed another’s property on a total of 18 occasions, such as damage to another’s property.

2. Defendant B, like the above A, destroyed another’s property at least three times in total as indicated in [Attachment II] Nos. 2, 5, and 6 by the same method until 03:00 on April 27, 2015, jointly with her partner, and damaged goods used by public offices over a total of two times as described in Annex II, Nos. 2, 3, 77, and e.g., [Attachment II] list of crimes. The Defendant used a white pent and damaged the Defendant’s property at the Jink’s Jink’s Jink’s main point of operation of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City He and the parking columns.
