The defendant shall receive on February 14, 1989 from the plaintiff on the Namyang-si District Court with respect to the area of 1,412 square meters prior to C in Yangyang-si.

The Defendant completed the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage (hereinafter “registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage”) with respect to the area of 1,412 square meters in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the Seoul District Court, the Namyang-si registry, the Namyang-gu, the Seoul District Court No. 4505, Feb. 14, 1989; the maximum debt amount of KRW 9,900,000; the debtor D; and the debtor and the mortgagee as the Defendant; and there is no dispute between the parties to the repayment of the secured debt

Since the registration of creation of a new mortgage of this case was extinguished, the Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for cancellation of the registration of establishment of a new mortgage of this case to the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
