A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2014, the Defendant accessed G (V) who was waiting for buses at the bus stops near the Dong-dong, Busan, Dong-gu, Busan, and asked about whether he/she would have "Embrate" in the name of 30 won per head, and then discovered the victim's mobile phone number from his/her consent to the distribution of the leaflet, and confirmed the victim's mobile phone number on March 14, 2014 and around 12:00 of the same month.

On March 14, 2014, around 19:00 on March 14, 2014, the Defendant was able to take the Defendant’s low-priced car operation chief, under the pretext that, around 19:00, the victim, who completed the distribution of the leaflet, was working in the south-gu Busan Metropolitan City, where he was the victim’s dwelling.

After that, the Defendant driving the said car to the vicinity of Busan Southern-gu, and her left hand knife the driver with the left hand into the victim's clothes, her part outside the victim's knife into the victim's school uniform, and the victim's knife for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the juvenile victim by force.

2. On March 16, 2014, around 12:00 on March 16, 2014, the Defendant was killed in the head of a passenger car operation set forth in paragraph (1) where the victim was driven by the Defendant under his/her name at the bus stops near the Southern-dong Hyundai Apartment-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, and at the place where he/she distributed the leaflet, and at the place where he/she would do so.

Afterward, the Defendant driven the said car to the vicinity of the Busan National University located in the Geum-gu Busan National University, through the restaurant of the "Menegmando" in Busan National Transport Daegu, while driving the said car to the near the Busan National University. On the left hand, the Defendant was able to write the driving knick to the victim for about 15 minutes long, and write the victim's chest, urgs, shoulder, etc. for about 15 minutes long.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the juvenile victim by force.
