1. The defendant 23,076,923 won, plaintiff B, C, D, E, and F respectively, and 8,181,818 won, and plaintiff G.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 6, 1985, the deceased L and the net M were prosecuted as a crime of violation of the National Security Act by the Busan District Court 85 Ma682 on November 27, 1985 with the same criminal facts as stated in the [Attachment] column, and on November 27, 1985, the deceased L and the deceased were sentenced to three years of suspension of execution and two years of suspension of qualification, and the deceased M were sentenced to two years of suspension of execution and two years of suspension of qualification, respectively. The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

B. After that, on October 2009, the Deceased received a decision to “the truth-finding” in the cases of extra-maral manipulations such as N and OP for the Truth and Reconciliation, and the content thereof are as follows.

1) Co-defendant P, a co-defendant in the above case of violation of the National Security Act, was carried out by the police officers of the Dae-si Office and the Northern Police Station around April 20, 1985, and Q was carried out by the above police officers on April 26, 1985, followed again on May 9, 1985. R was on March 23, 1985, G was forced to make a false statement at the police station as the above police officer’s seat seat was not issued on May 9, 1985, and was forced to make a false statement at the police station’s seat located in the police station to the effect that it was forced to make a false statement at the police station’s seat located in the police station by no later than 22 days prior to issuance of the warrant of detention, but by no later than 23 days prior to the police station’s temporary invitation. This was forced to make a false statement at the police station’s seat located in the police station.
