Punishment of the crime

1. Gambling places;

A. Around 19:00 on December 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on the first floor of the house located in the Jinwon-dong, Jinnam-si, and (b) used approximately 20 persons, including O, to put up approximately 100,000 won or KRW 300,000 for each person, with approximately 20 persons, and (c) carried out the betting on the tickets divided into 50,000, in a way of acquiring the multiple of the betting amount in a clean pass; and (d) used the same method as indicated in the list of crimes as follows.
