Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 15, 2014, at around 01:50, the Defendant driven a tri-type car under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 400 meters alcohol content 0.082% at the section of approximately 400 meters from the front day of the stoptop in which it is impossible to find out the trade name of the nearest location of the sprink of the sprink-dong of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu to the front day of the police box in the same Dong.

2. No person who violates the Road Traffic Act shall leave Articles on the road which might obstruct the traffic without permission;

As above, the Defendant, while driving a car under the influence of alcohol and driving the vehicle on the right side of the road in front of the Southern-gu Southern-gu Grand Guard, in front of the Southern-gu Grand Guard, is driving from the right side of the blue-gu, Daegu-gu to the Seo-gu Park, and then driving a vehicle parked on the right side of the road at a level of 300 meters more than 30 meters after driving the vehicle while driving the vehicle on the right side of the road.
