On March 28, 2017, at around 03:47, the Defendant driven B earth and car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.146% from the 30m section to the 30m-ro 12nd road in the middle-gu, Daegu-ro, Seoul-ro, at the front of the 30m-ropool-ro.
