1. Defendant D and E shall jointly serve as the Plaintiff:

A. The attached map No. 1 to 12, out of the F 449 square meters in Jeonjin-gu, Jeonju-gu.

1. Basic facts

A. On or around December 28, 1998, the Plaintiff was awarded a successful bid of the FJ 298 square meters F. 298 square meters (hereinafter “instant land prior to the instant merger”) in Jeonjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which was owned by Defendant B (hereinafter “instant land”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer on or before January 4, 199.

B. Around May 10, 2001, the Plaintiff was awarded a bid of 151 square meters in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in his future on June 18, 2001, and was merged with the land prior to the instant merger, and completed the registration of change with respect to the relevant land as the F 449 square meters in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant land”).

C. On February 22, 1996, Defendant B completed the registration of initial ownership as to the instant wooden building on May 23, 2003, where the instant wooden building was awarded a successful bid in the compulsory sale procedure and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the instant wooden building on May 29, 2003, and on May 29, 2003, after being awarded a successful bid for the instant wooden building on May 29, 2003.

I purchased the instant wooden building from H on November 21, 2003, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 25, 2003. Defendant B leased the instant wooden building from H to H, and possessed the instant wooden building until the date of closing argument.

E. Of the instant land, there are unauthorized buildings without permission for cement brick structure (hereinafter “the instant cement building”) on the ground of 83 square meters on the part (A), which connects each point of the attached drawing Nos. 1 through 12, and 1, among the instant land. The instant cement building was newly constructed around October 1993 by Defendant D and E, and occupied and used the instant cement building without holding it until the date of closing argument.
