Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence Nos. 7 through 18 shall be confiscated by Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

A person who is not an entrusted business entity or a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or a person who is not an entrusted business entity shall not provide property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing sports promotion votes or similar things.

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to operate the Internet gambling site similar to the "sports soil" where voting rights under the National Sports Promotion Act are sold together with name-free Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, Y, Z, AA, AB, AC, AD, AD, and AE. In Korea, the Defendants recruited the head of the Tong to be used at the gambling site and withdrawn gambling income in cash in China. In a foreign country, the Defendants opened and operated the gambling site called AF (AG, etc.), AH (AAI, etc.), AJ (AK, etc.) and AJ (AK, etc.) with an office in charge of site, membership management and remittance, and one person managed the above Internet gambling site, and Defendant A and AE provided the information and communications services necessary for the recruitment of members in Korea to the Internet website and provided them with the results of the above cyber gambling, etc., and Defendant A and AE provided them with the information and communications services, and conducted the above cyber gambling and information services.

Therefore, the Defendants recruited members by advertising the above site through the Internet, telephone, etc. from March 2015 to January 2017 (Defendant A from March 2015 to January 2017; Defendant B from October 2015 to May 2016; and Defendant B from May 2016 to through the Internet, etc.; and (e) as such, the Defendants recruited members from the recruited members to 13 operating accounts, such as U.S. bank account 510139148, etc. and deposited game money, and caused its members to access the above gambling site and conduct it in Korea and abroad.
