Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2015, the Defendant, as the captain of B (0.1 ton of gross tonnage, 30 ton of rush), loaded five fishing gear (one bridge) without the permission at sea at 200 meters away from the westwestwest-dong, 200 meters away from May 8, 2015, although no person carries fishing gear, other than the fishing gear used for the licensed, permitted, approved, or reported.
