A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2016, the Defendant changed official documents to the purpose of exercising official documents issued by the head of Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City head in the manner of raising “C” in the resident registration number column of the Defendant’s resident registration certificate to “D” in a knifeed place, at a flife place not exceeding Incheon Metropolitan City.

2. On September 11, 2016, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and food at “G” restaurant operated by F in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on September 11, 2016, and exercised the altered official document by presenting the Defendant’s resident registration certificate as stated in paragraph 1, which was demanded by F to present an identification card.

1. Application of the statutes governing the alteration of resident registration certificates;

1. Article 225 of the Criminal Act applicable to the facts constituting an offense (a point of altered official documents), Articles 229 and 225 of the Criminal Act (a point of uttering of modified official documents);

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

The reason for sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act (the conditions favorable to the reasons for sentencing as set forth below) recognizes the Defendant’s mistake and reflects it, the Defendant committed at the time of being a juvenile, and the Defendant became an adult of age, and the conditions for sentencing, such as character, conduct, family relationship, and property status of the Defendant, shall be equally considered and the execution thereof shall be suspended only once.
