Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million in the Cheongju District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On March 26, 2020, at around 01:50 on March 26, 2020, the Defendant driven a vehicle of Category C with approximately KRW 30 km distance from the front parking lot of the Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Seoul, to the front parking lot of the Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Do, which was under the influence of alcohol concentration 0.165%.
