1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 19, 2005, the merchandise coupon issuance issued by Ssch Rexroth Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Surex”) and the payment guarantee 1) of the Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd.”) was designated as the merchandise coupon issuance company by the Korea Game Industry Development Institute (KOF) and issued “voluntary sharing our cultural merchandise coupon” until February 2007. 2) The merchandise coupon is used as cash at the merchandise store that the holder entered into a contract with Surex, and the franchise store that received the above merchandise coupon is claimed for the money payment. The merchandise coupon entered into a guarantee insurance contract with the Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. and the said merchandise coupon holder as the insured in order to guarantee the repayment debt for the merchandise coupon against the above merchandise coupon.

3) The Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. paid gift certificates to the holder within the limit of 300,000 won per person according to the above guarantee insurance contract and paid the redemption of the gift certificates to the holder, and then exercised the right of reimbursement to the owner. In order to secure the indemnity liability for the Seoul Guarantee Insurance, Hyex issued by the Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd.
