A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father and father of the victim C (n, 23 years old), D (n, 21 years old), E (n, 18 years old).

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims thereof, or violation of the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims Thereof (a minor, rape, etc. under thirteen years of age);

On February 2005, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of the victim’s failure to resist, who is a relative with the victim E (at that time nine years of age) who was divingd and who is a minor under 13 years of age, at the inside and outside of the house of the above Defendant.

C. On February 2005, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of his/her relative, as his/her relative, and by taking advantage of the victim’s failure to resist who is a minor under the age of 13, the chest of the victim E (the age of 9 at that time) who was divingd and was the third father.

2. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims thereof;

A. On February 2006, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by taking care of the chest of the victim D (the age of 14 at that time) who was locked at the lower house of the above Defendant, and by taking advantage of the victim’s failure to resist, who was his relative.

B. On 208, the Defendant committed an indecent act by taking advantage of the victim’s state of refusal to resist, who was a relative, by taking care of the chest of the victim D (at that time, 16 years of age) who was locked, at the small room of the above Defendant’s home, and who was locked.

3. The defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a quasi-indecent act by compulsion in relation to relatives), raises his hand within the panty panty of the victim E (the age of 14 at that time) who is locked or set aside at the house of the above defendant at the house or at the winter of the defendant.
