Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was elected on March 11, 2015 at the first simultaneous election of the head of a cooperative nationwide (hereinafter referred to as “F cooperative”) with a candidate for the head of a cooperative.

G is the spouse of the defendant, H is the F Association member, and I is the mother of J as the F Association member, and the F Association member, and L is the F Association member.

1. No one shall offer, express an intention to offer, or promise to offer money, goods, entertainment, or other property benefits to any elector (including a person eligible to be recorded on the electoral register before preparing the electoral register) or his/her family members for the election campaign;

A. The Defendant, along with G, was a member of the said FF association with the intent to offer money and valuables by visiting the H’s illness, an elector, as a member of the said FF association for the election campaign of the Defendant.

On January 19, 2015, the Defendant visited the N farm in Jeju City with G, and provided KRW 300,000 in cash to the said H, stating that G “W would be well treated.”

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with G to offer money and valuables to H for election campaign for the Defendant.

B. The Defendant, who was a member of the FF association, was willing to provide money and valuables to the FF association member, who was an elector, as a member of the FF association, or his mother-friendly I, as a member of the National Assembly, for the purpose of conducting an election campaign for the Defendant.

On January 2015, the Defendant visited L, who was living in the adjoining house of the said J, provided L with KRW 50,000 as “the consolation money to J,” and the consent was given to L, who visited the house of the FJ members of the FJ located in Jeju, and who was the mother of the said J, and the wife of the FJ members of the FJ, at that place.”
