1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Basic Facts

The defendant educational foundation C (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant educational foundation") is a school foundation operating the F University, the defendant D was a person who was in the position of the president of the defendant educational foundation from September 14, 2008 to August 10, 2010, and the defendant E was working as a faculty member of the F University from September 1, 2003 to March 18, 2010.

Plaintiff

A is appointed as a full-time lecturer at F University on March 1, 1985 and reappointed on March 1, 1986 as a full-time lecturer at F University on March 1, 198, and on April 1, 1988, he was promoted as an assistant professor at F University on April 1, 1988, and was reappointed for four years at F University as an assistant professor at F University, and Plaintiff B is the wife of Plaintiff A.

Plaintiff

On September 1, 1992, the Defendant Educational Foundation rendered a decision to refuse reappointment to the Plaintiff on September 1, 1992 (hereinafter “decision to refuse reappointment of this case”).

On April 12, 2006, Plaintiff A filed a lawsuit against Defendant School Foundation (hereinafter “instant lawsuit”) to the effect that “I will implement the procedure for the reappointment of professors (the subsequent claim was added to seek confirmation of invalidity of the decision rejecting the reappointment)” and compensate Plaintiff A for damages incurred pursuant to the illegal decision rejecting the reappointment (hereinafter “instant lawsuit”). On August 23, 2012, the Daejeon High Court Decision 201Na3068 rendered on August 23, 2012 that “The decision rejecting the reappointment of this case confirmed that the decision rejecting the reappointment of this case is null and void, and the Defendant School Foundation paid damages to the Plaintiff, as compensation, KRW 564,454,630, and damages incurred therefrom.”

On the other hand, both the plaintiff A and the defendant school foundation filed all appeals, but the appeal was dismissed on May 29, 2014 and the judgment became final and conclusive.

On February 25, 2010, when a lawsuit related to this case was pending, Plaintiff A and Defendant D, a representative of Defendant Educational Foundation, and Plaintiff A, a representative of Defendant Educational Foundation, work as the secretariat of Defendant Educational Foundation, instead of the relevant lawsuit filed by Plaintiff A.
