Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bran truck truck truck truck vehicle.

At around 14:50 on September 24, 2013, the Defendant continued 13 national highways near the long-term village located in the Yacheon-gun, Yacheon-gun, Yacheon-do.

However, the Defendant did not avoid it, but did not take the back side of the stroke on the left side of the stroke, and caused the said victim C to fall off to the front side

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the above victim C’s death by occupational negligence in the E Hospital located in the Jeonbuk-gun, Jeonbuk-gun, which was under the follow-up treatment.
