B The Agricultural Cooperative is a person who establishes and operates a F gas station at the Agricultural Co., Ltd. of the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Korea, and the defendant A is a branch office of the above branch.

1. Where the installer of a specific facility subject to soil contamination control exceeds the standards as a result of the inspection of soil contamination level, the head of a Si/Gun/Gu may order him/her to take measures to purify soil against the facilities for preventing soil contamination within a fixed period, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and the person in receipt of the order shall execute it within the fixed period;

Nevertheless, on March 8, 2016, the Defendant issued an order to purify soil on the ground that the soil contamination level was in excess of the soil contamination level as a result of the examination of soil contamination level on the site of the relevant gas station from the number of Shinan-gun, the Defendant failed to comply with the order until March 7, 2017, which is the implementation period.

2. Defendant A, an agent of the Defendant, committed a violation as described in paragraph 1 in relation to the Defendant’s business.
