A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a car B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On June 16, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.145% during blood transfusions, and passed the intersection at a speed of three lanes from the north of the riverside of Mapo-gu Seoul at which it is impossible to identify the six-lane road of the front side of Mapo-gu Seoul at a speed of 0.145%.

At the time, there was a place where the center line of the yellow-ray was installed at night and that in such a case, there was a duty of care to safely drive the driver with the responsibility of care to see the front line, to accurately operate the steering wheel and brakes, and to safely drive the wheel.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol, driven by the center line at the point where the crossing is terminated due to the influence of alcohol, such as a remote distance; (b) driven by the Defendant’s negligence while driving a vehicle at the point where the crossing is difficult due to the influence of alcohol; (c) took the front part of the left side of the Defendant’s vehicle, which is driven by the victim D(55) of the victim D(H) traveling along the signal at a one-lane opposite to the other; (d) the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle was driven by the victim F (48 e.g., the Plaintiff driven by the Defendant’s vehicle while driving the vehicle at the same time; and (e) the front part of the passenger’s air code car driven by the victim F(48 e.g., the Defendant continued to drive the vehicle at the right side of the victim H(37 I) who continued to drive the vehicle at the scene.

Ultimately, the Defendant driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol that the Defendant was difficult to drive in a normal condition, and she gets involved in the victim’s salt ties and tensions of the bell that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim D, and getting accompanied by the said victim D’s rocketing taxi.
